Nourishing Care for the Caretaker

A Holistic Mini-Retreat Focused on Self Knowing Self-Care That Sticks

Are you someone who spends their time caring for others?

Are you a mother, a doctor, a nurse, a therapist, a vet, a chiropractor, an acupuncturist, a teacher, a hairstylist, an herbalist, a physical therapist, an empath?

Do you feel like you might need some nourishing care?

Caretakers are dedicated. If there is a need we show up for it. But we are exhausted. And sometimes we feel like all the hard work goes unnoticed. Traditional modes of “self-care” don’t always feel helpful.

What will we be exploring together?

As a caretaker have you ever felt like what you do for others defines you? Do you feel like this identity confuses, traps, bewilders or frustrates you? Or maybe you just wish that sometimes you could take a break from it, long enough to learn how to care for yourself. Come explore and unpack this with a group of people who relate to care in the same way.

“The curation of the Workshop was thoughtful and gentle yet provocative. I gained insight into my own journey to heal myself and how it has fostered the capacity to heal others. A favorite aspect of the workshop was connecting with the group members. Sharing my own thoughts with like-minded people on a similar path was comforting and inspiring. I left invigorated with a renewed sense of purpose and understanding of myself. The workshop was nothing short of soul filling. How did this all happen in the span of five hours? It just did. It was meant to. Emily has an innate and passionate ability as healer to guide others to realize their purpose. I couldn’t have loved this day more.” —Group Member

“Emily created such a beautiful space for us all to connect and delve deeply into our identities. I learned so much about myself in understanding patterns in my lineage and how that has shaped ways I relate to and show up in support of others.”—Group Member
